Camellia rosiflora 'Rosaeflora Cascade'

Camellia rosiflora is a species of flowering plant in the tea family Theaceae. It is native to southern China but is possibly extinct in the wild. A shrub reaching 1.5 to 2.4 m.

The cultivar 'Rosaeflora Cascade' is an evergreen shrub producing soft pink, rose-shaped flowers that appear from late winter through early spring. The cascading habit gives it a naturally arching form, allowing the dainty flowers to hang elegantly among glossy, deep green foliage. Its long flowering period and compact shape make it an excellent choice for year-round structure and seasonal colour. Best grown in semi-shade and acidic soil. H 1-1.5m x W 1.2m
