Citrus hystrix (Kaffir Lime)

A popular culinary citrus whose aromatic leaves are used extensively in Asian cooking. Interesting green to yellow fruit with bumpy exterior; zest is edible but juice tends to bitterness. Current stock: 55-100cm tall.
