Coprosma repens 'Prostrata' (Taupata)

Coprosma repens is a species of flowering shrub or small tree in the family Rubiaceae, native to New Zealand. Common names include Taupata, Tree Bedstraw, Mirror Bush, Looking-glass Bush, New Zealand Laurel and Shiny Leaf.

The cultivar 'Prostrata' is a fast growing ground cover that is dense and vigorous. Has rounded green leaves that forms a thick cover. The plant is great for growing on banks, retaining walls, clay areas, dry environments etc. A very hardy plant but this variety can be slightly frost tender when young. Prefers full sun. H 50cm x W 1.5m.
