Ficus carica 'San Pedro' (Fig)

San Pedro is a type of fig that have pistillate flowers and bear two crops, one borne on leafless wood requiring no pollination (referred to as parthenocarpic) and the other borne on new wood that requires pollination. Most San Pedro varieties are cold tolerant and they produce large and juicy fruits with thin skin. Varieties include 'King', 'Lampeira', 'San Piero', 'Dauphine' and 'Desert King'.
