Grevillea lanigera 'Mt Tamboritha' is a cultivar grown widely in Australia and other countries for its ornamental foliage and flowers. It is the most popular form of Grevillea lanigera in cultivation. It is also known by the names 'Mt Tamboritha form', 'Compacta', 'Prostrate', 'Prostrate Form' or the misnomer 'Mt Tambourine'. A very attractive prostrate plant which smothers itself in clusters of deep reddish pink and cream flowers in Autumn to Winter.Β Plant in open sunny situation. Adaptable to many soil types that are well drained. Reasonably frost tolerant when established. A plant well suited to the smaller garden, great for rockeries or mass planted in a sunny border. H 15cm x W 1m.
