Grevillea 'Poorinda Royal Mantle' (Spider Flower)

A cross between G. laurifolia x G. willisi. Long flowering, evergreen groundcover with burgundy, toothbrush-like flowers from Spring to Autumn. New growth is attractive, coppery-red. Thrives in a sunny position in moist well drained soil. Frost tolerant. Prune after flowering if required. Apply a low phosphorus fertiliser in Spring. Establishes quickly and is ideal for spilling over banks, or carpeting under trees and shrubs. Attracts nectar feeding birds. H 15cm x W 3m.
