Grevillea 'Scarlet Sprite' (Spider Flower)

A form of Grevillea rosmarinifolia, Also known as 'Pryor's Hybrid' or 'Yarralumla Gem'. A free flowering evergreen shrub which produces a profusion of scarlet red flowers in clusters over most of the plant from Winter to Spring. Plant in an open sunny situation in a free draining acidic soil. It is drought tolerant once established. Some selective pruning and shaping can be done in mid to late Spring. A colourful shrub for a shrub border or larger rockery. Useful for filling on embankments. H 1.5m x W 1.5m.
