Helichrysum retortum (Sea Strawflower)

Helichrysum retortum, the Flask Everlasting or Sea Strawflower, is a species of plant from South Africa. An attractive evergreen ground cover with silvery foliage and a mass of small, white daisy-like flowers that have yellow centres that begin to appear in early Summer. Thrives in a sunny position where soils are free-draining and look great in rock gardens. Ideal for growing in coastal locations. H 10cm x W 50cm.
