Leucadendron 'Ambrosia' (Conebush)

A vigorous upright evergreen shrub. Long stems take on a deep red tone from Autumn through Winter which are topped with attractive deep red star-like bracts that age and develop a cream tone in the centre. Suited to open sunny situations in free draining acidic soils. Prune to shape and size mid-spring With the long stems makes this plant an excellent cutflower and it's a great coastal addition to the garden. H 1.5m x W 1.5m.
