Leucospermum 'Brandi' (Pincushion Protea)

Introduced by the Agricultural Research Center, University of Hawaii on Maui, Leucospermum 'Brandi' has attractive 12-15cm, golden-yellow and orange flowers that are held on tall stems. In the Proteaceae family, it's commonly called Pincushion Flower for its unusual flower shape. A small low growing rounded shrub with deep red flowers in Oct/Nov. The flowers are suitable for picking.
