Cox's Orange is a medium-sized early fruit, red striped over yellowish-green skin colour with sharp tangy flavour. A quality dessert apple. The tree is upright and vigorous. Produces rich flavoured apples that are sweet and nutty. An old yet popular variety, with yellow-green skin, striped with a red blush.Β  Harvest early - mid season. Plant in a sunny sheltered position, with well draining fertile soil with a stake. Self-fertile. H 3m.

M26: A semi-dwarfing rootstock, producing a tree suitable for espaliers and cordons.

Cultural: Plant in deeply worked, free-draining soil. Gently and evenly spread roots in hole before covering. Firm well then water in. Unless necessary, do not water again until tree is in full leaf, and do not add fertiliser at time of planting unless recommeded.
