Rhododendron 'Saxon Blush' is an evergreen, compact-growing bush that produces blush-pink, trumpet-like flowers that are offset by its dark-green foliage. 'Saxon Blush' is one of the hardier of the Vireyas and can withstand a very light frost. The Vireya group is known for its tropical origins and bright flowers, making them more suitable for warmer climates compared to traditional rhododendrons that thrive in cooler regions. With a repeat flowering habit, this rhododendron produces beautiful blush pink, bell shaped flowers with lighter coloured throats and deeper toned edges. A compact growing evergreen with green foliage. Frost tender. H 60cm x W 60cm.
Parentage: Rhododendron 'Hot Tropic' x Rhododendron saxifragoides
