Rhododendron 'Saxon Glow' (Vireya)

Rhododendron ‘Saxon Glow.’ A Rhododendron saxifragoides hybrid. This is a very dwarf plant with deep green and glossy leaves and red flowers. An evergreen compact little Vireya that performs well in the garden or a container. Tubular trusses of red blooms appear regularly all year round. Plant in morning sun or dappled light in well drained acid soil. Protect from frost and feed regularly for best results. Evergreen.
