Trimezia gracilis (Walking Iris)

Unusual member of the Iris family that blooms in Spring. An easy to grow clumping perennial. When the new plantlets are formed at the tip of the flower stalk, it bends to the ground and takes root, thus giving the illusion of walking about the garden. Previously classified as Neomarica gracilis. H 40-50cm
