Calycanthus x raulstonii 'Hartlage Wine' (Sweet Shrub)

This is an interesting deciduous shrub with rich green, slightly glossy leaves and interesting magnolia-like flowers from early to mid summer on the tips of short spurs with the new growth. The flowers are a rich maroon-red-brown colour, actually much richer than pictured. Available in Summer,  please enquire.
