Murraya koenigii (Curry Leaf Plant)

The curry tree or curry leaf tree is a tropical to sub-tropical tree in the family Rutaceae (citrus family), and is native to Asia. The leaves are used in Asian cooking, especially in the Indian subcontinent and Indian Ocean islands. The flowers are fragrant, but somewhat pungent. In the Maldives, the flowers are often used to deter shrews.
